I am Mai - investment promotion specialist of Vinaconex - ITC - a real estate company in Vietnam.

Our company Vinaconex - ITC has a land area of 167.9 ha in Cat Ba Island, Haiphong City, Vietnam. And the Government approved for our company to use that land to develop a real estate project there. We intend to turn the project into a world-class integrated marina - casino - theme park - hotels - resorts project.

Cat Ba island is a unique destination in Vietnam, and has amazing landscape, as well. It is considered as The Pearl Island - one of the most famous tourism sites in Vietnam, The World Biosphere Reserve recognized by UNESCO in 2004, belonging to Halong Bay - The World Heritage Site with mysterious natural landscapes and the unique endemic value all over the world. It is so-called all- inclusive island which has forest, sea, beaches, mountains, caves, endemic culture.... So it receives many supports from the Government.

Now the land is clean and the infrastructure (electricity, water system, waste treatment, road...) has been invested.

So we are finding investors or funds who can invest/develop that land entirely or partly.
